Corey Woodward, head builder and owner, has been building since 1997. He completed his National Certificate in Carpentry in 2002.

Since then he has been in roles as head carpenter and site foreman on many jobs throughout Auckland. Projects consisted of new homes and renovations and light commercial jobs giving Corey a great understanding of how important planning and managing programmes are to each job.

Some memorable projects Corey has managed have been Orewa college gymnasium extension and auto body workshop, Kumeu BNZ Bank, a major renovation to Silverdale St John Ambulance Station and an addition to Albany kindergarten.

In 2005 Corey went back to residential construction and renovated several homes and built dozens more. He has started building his own reputation, one that stands tall among the rest.

We are proud members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and also hold a Site 2 License as a Licensed Building Practitioner.
