Hi, I’m Curtis Mountfort and I love selling homes.

At the end of July 2016 I was placed 25th for all Ray White agents in NZ (1500 + agents) for business growth / increase on last year's sales.

I have invested in local property for several decades and been a trusted property advisor to investor clients. Prior to selling real estate I owned a Chartered accounting practice for 15 years and worked in Chartered accounting and asset realisation work for a total of 23 years.

This year (January to August 2016) I have sold twenty properties ranging in price from $520,000 for a cross lease home in Papakura to $1,650,000 for a two dwelling property in Bucklands Beach. Several of these sales were street records at the time of sale, at 1/66 Finnerty Avenue Howick, and 64 Patons Road Howick.

Last year I sold fifteen properties ranging in price from $495,000 on the Pakuranga Highway to $1,875,000 in Howick, and gained the Executive Member sales milestone. Proving I go the extra mile/s for my clients, I listed and sold a Waiheke Island apartment property and a Clarks Beach home together with properties in Glendowie and Panmure.

I'm married to Nicola and we reside in Howick with our four daughters, who attend local schools, and are members of local netball, tennis and drama clubs. I’m an advocate for all of the benefits of living locally including the Village lifestyle, eastern beaches, quality schools and fantastic recreational facilities available here.

I give back to the community as a volunteer chairman of the BotanyLife Community Trust, and treasurer of the HCYT Howick Children and Youth Theatre.
