Coates Miss Red UK IMP 2014

Coates Miss Red, purchased from Amy @ Coates in England. Well experienced cart mare well known in the area for doing weddings and funerals. We are told she fetched big money at one time. Lovely true to type mare, her colour is the cream on the top! Thank you to the Coates Family for selling this girl to us and giving us the information we sought about her.

Coates Miss Red has been with Jacqueline & Tony Smith since we purchased her and to these wonderful people we cannot thank them enough for they have transformed this gorgeous mare and meticulously managed her throughout their winter as she was initially having a hard winter and a little light in weight.

Tony & Jacqueline have far exceeded the call of duty, managing all pre export requirements on our behalf, hard feeding and stabling this mare, they even collected her for us, and have driven her in cart, washed her out ... the list goes on and on. To these wonderful people who have also never failed to keep me updated, sending me loads of pictures, videos - I can't thank you enough ... this mare is a credit to them.

We are also very, very excited to announce that our gorgeous mare is confirmed in foal to Jacqueline & Tony Smith's stallion - Prince Nash (from Ireland) which brings some very exciting and wonderful bloodlines and backbreeding to our table here in NZ!

We look forward to seeing this 2015 foal on the ground here.
