Circus based strength and conditioning with classes in Pole Dance, Pole Fitness, Aerial and Circus Arts.

Circo Acrofit has been developed by International Performing Artist Douglas Seivers Jarrett and using teaching techniques he has trained in from Xpert Pole Fitness Tuition, Pole Dance Community Manuals,FEDEC circus training and most recently Acroyoga training.

Classes you can take start with our our Xpert built Pole Dance and Fitness classes. For conditioning we have Contortion and Stretch classes. We also have our Aerial block courses where you can learn aerial silk tissue, aerial lyra and aerial cube. For the yogis and those wanting to have fun our Acroyoga classes are just the ticket.

Performers are available for hire: Any event or Party, we offer aerialists in Lyra, Cube and Acrobatic Pole dance. We also offer stilt walkers and rovers, contact us now to enquire as to how we can add interest to your next event.
