Cinnamon Lotus Cook School: Your chef and cooking lead is Vinay Gupta, a self trained chef who has been cooking for over a decade.

We teach a variety of cuisines, like Chinese, Thai, Indian, West Asian and North African. Food with flavour and punch.

Vinay has recently started honing on Southern European cuisines too, and will soon be launching classes for dishes from the shores of the Mediterranean.
