Tuesday Night Practice Sessions
Weekly 7.30 pm

Here we chant in English through a practice booklet compiled by Amnyi Trulchung Rinpoche.

These sessions are followed by study and discussion on topics particular to Tibetan Buddhism.

This is suitable to those who already have some overview of Tibetan Buddhism. Please come at 7 pm if it is your first time for an introduction.


Thursday Night Practice Sessions
Weekly 7.30 pm.

We have started a regular Thursday night practice session.

The session will consist of 20 mins sitting meditation, 10 mins mindful walking, 20 mins sitting meditation. This will be followed by either short video clips, a presentation from someone in the group or a reading. The emphasis will be on Shamatha/ Vipashyana technique. If you are new to meditation please come at 7 pm for an introduction.

This is excellent for those new to meditation and also for the more seasoned practioners.

Tea & cookies

Both nights include time for a cuppa tea and a cookie or cake. Please bring something along to share with the group from time to time.

Suggested donation

Suggested donation is at least $5. You can leave this in the donation bowl in the door going into the gompa or better yet -become a member and pay by monthly direct debit into the trust bank account.

Please note that this is a suggested donation that goes towards maintenance, up keep and further renovations of the gompa. Whatever you can manage is fine we do want you to feel welcome and know you can participate despite your financial situation.
