Charles Cadwallader

Wildlife and conservation were my first loves and I have worked at the Royal Windsor Safari Park, been a keeper at London Zoo, and dolphin trainer in the South of France. In 1986 I joined London's Metropolitan Police and was a detective for 20 years, primarily in offences involving children. When I left I was offered a job as Investigations Manager of MAF NZ (now the MPI), structuring a team to administer the Animal Welfare Act. From there I achieved the role of Curator at Auckland Zoo and, when the 'Super City' restructured, I was appointed National Chief Inspector of the RNZSPCA. I have developed exceptional communication skills that have translated very well into the real estate industry.

To achieve all this has required determination, commitment and a dedication to the task at hand. In high pressure roles I adapted to think on my feet, often working in high octane situations. I possess a real drive to succeed and to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients; I do not stop until that goal is reached. I excel in helping people through highly stressful periods and 'failure' is not a word in my dictionary.
