Sylvia had lived here for almost 40 years and maintained this retro Spanish Cottage and fantastic garden.

Master bedroom with brand new king size bed and hill views through a spectacular curved window. The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
Self-catering kitchen with gas cooking and microwave. Full sized bath with raincloud shower head and a separate toilet.
Private covered deck area perfect for a BBQ or relaxing in the evening sun, plus, organic picking garden with seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers and a lily pond with huge goldfish.
Casa del Sol is Child friendly inside and out with a custom made cover over the lily pond.
Walk to Mangapapa Supermarket or Lytton West Shopping Centre - 2 minutes’ drive from Gisborne Hospital, Kiri Te Kanawa and Beetham Retirement Villages and a 5 minute drive to town.
