Over the past years local volunteers have hosted the annual Carterton Community Christmas Dinner.
The intent of the event is to foster community belonging by sharing Christmas and the festive spirit with others, to come together as a community to celebrate the day. It is a popular event where everyone has a great time and a pretty good meal as well. This event is free for attendees.
Originally started at St Marks Church it is now inter-denominational and you don't have to be a church member to help, or attend. 2016 marks the 15th year making it the "Crystal Anniversary".
We would love to have you join as a participant whether it be to enjoy the event either as a dinner guest or a volunteer assisting. All get to enjoy the dinner.
