Breakthrough Services

Breakthrough Services offers a facilitation service to homeowners who are struggling to progress their claim with the confidence they would like or just for homeowners who would like some support to be heard and get an action plan in place.

We also offer consulting services to agencies who would like to make their communications and processes more people-centred. In the complex disaster recovery environment, engaging meaningfully with people is the key to success.

The staff of Breakthrough Services also learned a lot throughout their time working for the community group, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Network (CanCERN). We welcome the opportunity to share our learnings as conference and workshop speakers and professional development facilitators.
