I live and breath health and fitness. Its what gets me up in the morning and what I got to bed thinking about. I excited to share my journey and useful tips and tricks I pick up for living a happy, healthy and nutritious life with people. Im all about showing people how easy and beneficial a healthy lifestyle can be, without the restrictions. I want to encourage people into realizing that you to love your body on the inside, as well as the outside. Proper nutrition goes hand in hand with proper training.

I have a huge passion for bodybuilding and the healthy lifestyle I have created for myself around this. My current achievements in this sport as a Sports Model and Bikini athlete are;

Pan Pacific Wff Sports Model - 3rd place
Counties Manukau NZIFBB Bikini Novice - 1st place
Counties Manukau Open Bikini - 2nd
