My name is Simone Barry and I have been in the wellbeing industry since 2005.
I have over 29 years experience in food science, nutrition, teaching and personal training. My background is extensive including classical ballet, martial arts, cross fit, weight lifting, Pilates and several yoga disciplines.. Body n Sync promises to provide holistic nutrition and exercise therapy that works for sustained and permanent weight loss and optimum health.
I specialize in working with those that suffer from stress, fatigue, weight gain, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, high performance athletes, and anyone wanting to feel energized, motivated and excited about life.
