Body By Me Fit Camps are run by Nadine. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

I aim to provide Fit Camps to anyone interested in joining me. These will be delivered in a fun and supportive manner with the aim of helping you achieve your personal goals. My sole goal is to bring exercise to all levels, teaching correct techniques and all at an affordable price. Join us, make friends, get healthy, get motivated, be supportive and have fun!
