Blue Sky Coaching

Blue Sky Coaching was born out of my own journey, through coaching, to rediscover what "lights my fire" within my work, and to reorient my career towards this.

On the surface of my (then) hectic professional life, I was achieving goals, completing projects, leading teams, accomplishing what I set out to do, seemingly having it all. But if you'd dug a little deeper, I was stressed, anxious, working crazy hours and showing up at work in ways that weren't reflective of the real "me".

I didn't like it, and neither did those around me. Something had to change!

Through partnering with a professional coach, I learnt that for me the key to my real growth, development and, consequently, the ability for me to regain my passion for work, was to give myself space to think. To take time out to reflect, read, discuss, absorb, learn, and to really examine what I value and feel energised doing.

Space leads to awareness, which leads to choice, which leads to change! I needed to get out of my own head to see past my then crazy-busy work and life-load - to focus on who I really wanted to be. And for me, that's someone who works with people, to help them be better! Maybe someone just like you?

Whatever path we're on, the ability to discuss our thinking, beliefs, issues and perspectives, with a completely independent, supportive and professionally trained coach, is invaluable. If two heads are better than one, make the other head your coach!
