TERMS OF TRADE
1. If any instructions are received by the Blasco Engineering Ltd for the supply of products, services and/or materials, it shall constitute acceptance of the terms of trade contained herein.

2. The price shall be as indicated on invoices provided by Blasco Engineering Ltd in respect of products, services and/or materials supplied.

3. Prices are subject to alteration at any time without prior notice.

4. Blasco Engineering Ltd reserves the right to implement a surcharge for alterations to specifications of products after the order has been placed.

5. Payment is deemed to have been complete when Blasco Engineering Ltd has received cleared funds in its bank account.

6. For account holders, payment is due 20th of the month following the date of invoice unless alternative payment terms have been agreed by Blasco Engineering Ltd.

7. For non-account holders, payment is due on delivery of the products, service and/or materials.

8. Deliver of the products, goods, materials and/or machinery to a carrier is deemed to be delivery to the buyer and risk shall then fall upon the buyer from the time placed with a carrier.

9. Blasco Engineering shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.

10. In the event of a default in payment, we reserve the right to charge a $50 non-payment fee each month and interest on any overdue amount at the rate of 10% per month from the due date until full payment is made. Blasco Engineering Ltd on demand shall be paid any sums which Blasco Engineering Ltd expends to make good any failure by the customer to comply with the payment terms.

11. All goods, products and/or materials shall remain the property of Blasco Engineering Ltd until payment to them has been received in full. If the customer makes default in any payment due to Blasco Engineering Ltd, then Blasco Engineering Ltd or its servants or agents may at any time without notice or consent from the customer, enter onto the customer’s premises or any other location that the product, goods and/or materials supplied by Blasco Engineering Ltd are and recover these items. The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Blasco Engineering Ltd in that regard.

12. Directors/Partners are personally responsible for outstanding debt and liable for debt recovery costs if pursued.
