Soufiane Et Tijani is passionate about food from his home country of Morocco and the Mediterranean. Raised in the south of Morocco he developed a passion for cooking very young and is excited to bring to New Zealand some of the dishes and ingredients he grew up with as well as some famous and not-so-famous Mediterranean delights.
