Ben -
My career kicked off early at the age of 15 when I left home to work full time on a Manawatu dairy farm and although the hours were long and the work was hard, it has all paid off. I have always had an interest in real estate, rural and lifestyle as well as residential, and since the opportunity arose to get involved in the industry, I have found that it really is the best of both worlds. I am out and about, applying my business management skills, work ethic, meeting new people and most importantly, helping them. I thrive of the varied and rewarding nature of the job; knowing that each day will provide a new challenge. The Watson family provide a positive and supportive environment that encourages my learning, progress and success.
Outside of real estate I enjoy singing, particularly jazz, long distance swimming and getting involved in the community. I volunteer at Youthline Central North Island and I annually organise a Relay for Life team to support the New Zealand Cancer Society.

Carrie -
Carrie, her husband Richard, and her son William moved to Palmerston North from the United Kingdom in 2013 and haven't looked back since then. Carrie's background in the UK was in the banking industry, having worked in the Bank of Ireland for many years in a number of changing roles within the Bank's Mortgage Customer Service Department.
Carrie enjoys living in Palmerston North and takes great pleasure in helping people buy and sell homes in the area. She also loves being a member of the exceptional team at Watson Integrity, a team that lives by the Watson motto of "integrity in everything we do".
In her spare time Carrie loves spending time with her family. They frequently go cycling or tramping and have a passion for travelling around New Zealand. Carrie and her family are also avid supporters of the All Blacks and the Hurricanes.
