Counselling for adults & couples - As a client centred existential counsellor I can help with issues such as relationship difficulties grief and loss, anxiety and depression, loneliness, work issues, spirituality/religion, low self-confidence, bullying, sexuality, adoption, addictions and change.

Career Counselling - With a background in HR recruitment I can help with: * finding a new career/hobby * CVs and cover letters * social media profiles * job interviews * job hunting * pay negotiations.

Appointments are weekdays, evenings. $90 individuals, $95 couples.

Qualifications – I am fully registered with the NZ Association of Counsellors.
