Hello and welcome to Base Fit!

Base Fit is the ‘gateway’ to an active lifestyle designed to build your Base fitness, giving you that platform…that readiness…that base to allow you to enjoy a fit and healthy life, and to put you in the start position to attempt event specific training, assisting you to achieve your goals!

BaseFit is established in Upper Hutt and will deliver mobile MCT (Military Circuit Training) to the wider community. MCT brings you an all over body work out, the same as what the NZ Military use to maintain their optimum fitness but in a fun and relaxed environment enabling you to be pushed and push yourself.
