We are dedicated to teaching Astanga Vinyasa yoga in its original form, following in the tradition of Sri T Krishnamacharya who taught the Astanga method to his student Sri K Pattabhi Jois (Guruji)
May 18, 2009 Guruji passed away. (Age 94).

This unique style of yoga is being taught to students throughout the world by those experienced practitioners who have studied the practice with Guruji in Mysore, India.

The teachers at the Astanga Yoga Centre seek to guide students through this practice, helping unlock the body and relax the mind. We have classes for the beginner to the more experienced student and look forward to seeing you in class.
