We are passionate about yoga in our lives. We teach traditional yoga in a way that is accessible for the very beginner and challenging for the more experienced yogi.

With decades of experience, our Parnell studio is one of the oldest in NZ and we are one of the first schools to offer yoga teacher training.

Join us in Parnell, Auckland for weekly classes, courses and teacher trainings. Or visit our Ohui Retreat Center, located right on the beach in the Coromandel, where we offer retreats on nutrition, silent meditation, kirtan and teacher training or come visit for a casual stay to enjoy a little yoga and the beach.
