The aromatic flowers are 100% natural with premium Green Tea or Silver needle white tea being the primary ingredient. Each individual tea-ball is enriched with one or more revitalizing flowers incorporating unique properties that are distinctly beneficial to the well being in countless ways. Primarily, green tea has been scientifically proven to help reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and lower cholesterol while increasing metabolism and the fat oxidation process. Jasmine offers more than just a sweet scent, it is filled with calming properties too. Chrysanthemum is that flower you would long for in your tea to help replenish you when you are hit by cold symptoms, helping soothe sore throats and coughs. Globe Amaranth is excellent for purifying, and is beneficial for the liver and the eyes, it also helps alleviate high blood pressure. The brewing process requires the use of a heat resistant glass or glass teapot. The use of boiling water is essential to maximize the visual experience when blooming the flower. In order to captivate the evolution of the tea ball, it is best viewed from a horizontal angle, and for optimal taste the tea should be let to settle 3-5 minutes after hot water is poured. The glasses can be topped up with hot water 2-3 times after the first use as the quality of the tea leaves do no not perish when reused. On another note, for a special and refreshing cool summer drink, ice can be added to the tea once it has been cooled to room temperature.
