Anne's Fitness

At age 19 I trained and became a registered nurse. Throughout my 25 years of nursing I have used exercise as a means of keeping fit and coping with the stresses that Cancer nursing throws at you. I love endurance sports and this year completed my first Ultra 100Km marathon. I am currently training for my 5th consecutive Auckland marathon and will become an Auckland marathon roadster and gain the honour of having my own personal gold number. In December I am participating in my first half IronMan after conquering a fear of open water and learning to swim.
I strongly believe that anyone can achieve anything you just have to want to do it. With this in mind this is why I am training to become a Personal trainer with Fit College (www.fitcollege.edu.au ), so I can share my passion with others and encourage people to achieve their potentials.
