Anne Cullen

I help children feel safe and understood by supporting and educating their mothers around sleep, feeding, unsettled behaviour and self-care in my groups, talks and consultations so that they go from a place of confusion and overwhelm to feeling confident and empowered in their mothering journey.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Sociology/Anthropology; Family Resources; and Education and hold certificates as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and an Advanced Map Practitioner. For more than 25 years I have been studying child development, family systems, and mental health while also working directly with children and their parents in various settings through the United States and New Zealand, where I currently reside with my husband and two beautiful boys.
