Alchemy Yoga & Wellbeing

Alchemy Yoga began forming many moons ago with my Mum as a teenager in a smoky old Rugby Clubrooms...yes, it came complete with beer soaked carpet!

Suffice to say the transformative nature of Yoga shone through. Yoga has been a part of my life ever since, weaving in and out with different teachers, guides and modalities both on and off the mat. After extensive travels in South East Asia, Nepal and India I returned to NZ via Wellington. I knew in the depths of my being it was time to put Yoga front and centre.

The rest they say is history, my practice broadened and breathed into completing my certification & I now bring Alchemy Yoga practices to Taranaki & believe there is no beginner or advanced there is only where we are right now. We unfold our practices without the help of external forces such as gravity, momentum or one limb pulling on another. This creates:
* Warmth through blood flow without increasing heart rate
* Flexibility without painful stretching
* Strength without feeling tense
* Relaxation without having to lie on your back
* Energy to your cells without having to overheat or over breath
* Intelligence to your cells without having to overthink.
