Aimee Feck Physiotherapy

Aimee Feck Physiotherapy is here to provide an excellent standard of physiotherapy in a caring and enthusiastic environment, with patients actively involved in their rehabilitation. Aimee uses the latest technology to enhance treatment and motivation with home exercises, using a video-based exercise prescription programme that can be either printed or viewed on your own smartphone or computer. Gone are the days of hand drawn, stick figure exercise programmes!

Aimee graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and gained experience working in a variety of roles in NZ hospitals, before returning home to Dannevirke with husband Daniel to raise their two daughters, where she has worked locally since. In April 2015, Aimee opened her own practice which is based in private quiet surroundings on Ransom St. Aimee has completed courses in Therapeutic massage and kinesiology taping, both of which she uses regularly in the treatment of many conditions. She is also currently studying towards a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy to ensure her treatments remain up to date, and to be even more effective.

Aimee has a special interest in care of the older adult and is often seen out on home visits, at the aged residential care facilities in the area and Dannevirke Community Hospital. She is also able to assess and treat a wide variety of conditions including; musculoskeletal and sports injuries, vertigo/dizziness, arthritis, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, pelvic floor weakness and breathing retraining. She is ACC registered and able to directly lodge claims at the first consultation. Therapeutic Massage is also an interest of Aimee's, with thirty or sixty minute bookings or gift vouchers available.
