Advance can get you out of pain most definitely, but is that where you would like our care to stop ... or is it far better for you to have that care continue right through to getting you back EXACTLY to where you were BEFORE the problem.

And moving forwards, would you like your body to perform even BETTER than before the problem? It might mean getting your Core stronger so you reduce the risk of the injury again.

This philosophy is a whole lot different to the standard model of care which is to send you on your way as soon as you have no pain (regardless of whether you have fixed the root cause or not).
