Please note that A&F Freya Wedding Ltd has the following purchasing policy for our clients:

1. The company will only start processing the order when the payment is received;
2. A 4 - week period is expected from placing order to the product finally delivered to the client;
3. Please allow for 5 weeks to process your order during the peak time e.g. Christmas and New Year.
4. If the client decides to cancel the purchase after the order was processed, the company will not provide the refund;
5. Free shipping in NZ;
6. Free fitting room.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any dress purchased. If no payment is received, no dress will be made.


Shipping Policies

Free shipping is available for all the dress within New Zealand. Free shipping not for urgency case.


Refund/Return Policy

Dress may be entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If a dress is damaged during shipping or is inconsistent with the measurements confirmed by the buyer, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

If a dress is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the dress may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the dress i.e. color, style and measurements etc before requesting a refund.

If the dress matches the description confirmed by the buyer when making the and the order and buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.

Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis, providing the goods are in their original condition. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

The buyer is required to make contact with the seller for any quality issue regarding the dress with 14 days after receiving the dress. Buyer will take responsibility of dress after 14 days.


Cancellation

A dress making order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

If the payment is not received 7 days after the order, the order will be cancelled.


Alteration

Free alteration will be provided if the size of the dress is inconsistent with the measurements agreed by the buyer’s order. Otherwise, a fee will be applied for the alteration service to the buyer.

Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as soon as possible
