A Little Room For Yoga

Hi, my name is Tania and I will be taking the yoga classes over the weekend.
I have been practicing yoga regularly for 30 years and teaching for eight. Within that time I have studied various forms of yoga. Personally I enjoy the flowing classes.
Yoga has been around me since I was a child and I am extremely grateful that my mum introduced it to me relatively young, when she herself started teaching.
Most of my training has been Iyengar based and I love the alignment aspect of this style. I enjoy mixing it up and have varying options for each individuals needs and experience.
Yoga is my passion and it lives in my heart, so I feel blessed to be doing what I love and look forward to these nurturing weekends.
