My mission is to get people up from their chairs to stretch them, strengthen them and revitalise them. I use Pilates to reconnect people to their bodies, reminding them of, and reawakening deep postural muscles. I want to help people reclaim control of their bodies, to stand tall, move with ease and confidence and keep on doing the things they love.
