Vivienne Manak - Bayleys

Vivienne has a huge passion for Real Estate which clearly shows through her energy and enthusiasm. Her outgoing and bubbly personality enables her clients to feel at ease when going through a somewhat stressful time when buying or selling their biggest asset.

With her 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience, Vivienne has a sound negotiation skill set which helps to achieve the maximum value for her vendors, all the while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Vivienne always aims to give her clients the best possible service, with an honest and straight forward approach. She prides herself in her high level of effective communication and always going that extra mile.

She has resided in South Auckland majority all of her life. In 2004, she and her husband lived and worked in London for several years whilst travelling around Europe.

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 girls on their lifestyle property in Drury. She keeps busy, being actively involved in the community. Most recent, Ramarama PTA Chairman for a couple of years. Vivienne also enjoys socializing, netball, camping and travelling.
