Trudi Baird - Certified Health Coach

Trudi is a certified health coach, trained in the US-based practice of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN). Her work focuses on identifying the root cause of chronic health issues and disease, and then working with clients to address these root cause/s and restore health.
Trudi is also a programme facilitator with Taste Success and provides specific diet & lifestyle wellbeing programmes designed by Dunedin naturopath Tracey Longhran of Flourish Naturopathy.
