I'm Tasha Jacobs.
Business owner, PT in the making, Sport fanatic, lover of healthy minds and bodies and a huge supporter of helping people achieve personal well being goals.
I am studying to become a Personal Trainer so I can help people be the best versions of themselves when it comes to being Fit and Healthy.
I hope to work for my own gym one day, training groups and individuals and will be open to whatever the industry throws at me or comes my way. Enjoying being active is really important to me. I feel it makes you happier human beings, supports healthy living both mind, body and soul.
