I used to weigh 115kg and after alot of effort Im now 90kg. I lost my 25kg through trial and error without much guidence. My goal is to make it easier for people to reach their weight loss goals by exploreing the physical and mental side to been over weight. Wheather you want to lose 2kg or 100kg the principles are the same. I hope to save people time by pointing them in the right direction at the start of their journey and minimizing the chances of quitting.
