Taxis Palmerston North Ltd has been Manawatu’s longest serving small passenger service company. The co-operative structure that exists today began in 1963 when a number of smaller companies decided to merge under one banner as a single company, owned and operated by its drivers. Over almost 50 years, Taxis Palmerston North has developed and changed with the growing population, moving along with and, at times, pioneering new technology enabling more efficient service to the customer. Today, Taxis Palmerston North runs a modern data dispatch system, eftpos in every vehicle, is a member of the NZ Taxi Federation. Our very busy, local call centre is manned 24/7 so you, the customer, know that you are talking to a real person who lives in your town. As Taxicharge partners, we are able to offer account services to corporate clients using both taxi vouchers and Taxicharge cards. We welcome your feedback on our service, from phone call to drop off, because we know that the only way we can improve is to be told by those who use us what needs improvement.
