Susan Annett began her career in real estate in 2002 after co-founding the highly successful Sierra Café franchise, honing her customer service skills over 15 years owning and operating cafes in Auckland and Noosa.

In fact it was Susan’s laser focus on providing unparalleled service and attention to detail that has ensured her success in the highly competitive real estate industry.

Integrity, transparency and excellent negotiation and communication skills are the framework on which Susan builds her client relationships.

A mother to Brittany, Georgia and Hugo, Susan resides in her native West Auckland along with partner Les, Lewey the Cavoodle and cat Chilli who was adopted from an Animal Shelter in Fiji during an 18 month stint residing and selling real estate in Denarau.

Outside of work and home Susan is a dedicated to gym sessions, yoga and her Mini Cooper S!
