Chelsea is the owner, founder and senior therapist at Sugar Beauty. She completed her International Diploma of Beauty Therapy with Cidesco and and has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry.She is also the recipient of the 2010 Rosebank Business Association Scholarship.
