SolidBase Equine

SolidBase Equine is a hobby brand formed from a 'oneway' dream & logo to helping horses with weight or grass sensitivities on an Equi-Track system and golden oldies in urban West Auckland.

The founder Tegan Stonnell brings her 20 years of equine experience & certification in Animal Management experience to problem solving behavorial & health related issues for her own horses & others needing some guidance.

From Tegan :: When all mainstream theories left me with more questions than answers for my boys it required me to pop my investigation cap on and took me down other paths to find answers.

I formed the SolidBase Equine Facebook Page & our grazing facility to help guide & showcase the answers to my questions & shear any brands or products that help made this happen.

Along with general horsing around & blogging about the daily life of running an Equi-Track system, I focus on helping others create a solid nutritional base with simple feeds, realigning nutritional imbalances from a mineral/vitamin levels, support barefoot trimming, body work such as flinchlock release therapy & horsemanship.

The dream of helping horses grew as we got the chance to take over the grazing we have been on for the last few years. This allowed us the opportunity to offer livery & grazing to help others with horses that would thrive from a track grazing system (Equi-Track) or a small quiet herd for Golden Oldies.
