Thai massage has many different styles. It combines philosophies relating to stretching, yoga, pressure point work, shiatsu and understanding of the body’s energy flow. It is ideal as a preventative therapy, not a cure for illness. Thai herbal massage is great for people wanting to get movement back into their muscles after physical exercise, for sportspeople after competing in an event, and those working at the computer who have neck and shoulder problems.

Painful or uncomfortable areas can be improved. Bruised muscles from sport activities, sore neck, shoulders and hands from typing, backache from physical work or gardening due to wrong posture, etc. Can greatly improve through special treatment - aromatic oil and deep tissue manipulation.

Should clients have any pre-existing medical conditions, or especially painful areas, it is important that you inform us prior to the massage so we can avoid treatment to sensitive areas.
