Born in Delhi, India. Shaun graduated in Hotel Management before coming to New Zealand in 2011. Shaun completed a Level-5 Professional cookery Diploma in Auckland. Shaun has worked in number of award winning restaurants in Auckland gaining experience in modern New Zealand cuisine. With a handful of medals already under his belt In 2015 Shaun was awarded NZ Chef of The Year award by NZ CHEFS Association and was national finalist in 2016 Ora King Awards.
