Serengeti Restaurant

Serengeti Restaurant is located in Murrays Bay with a beautiful beachside view and plenty of parking. Once you enter the restaurant, you will be greeted by friendly faces where the atmosphere is relaxed and will remind you of home. We pride ourselves on being a friendly family restaurant, so we have the Cub’s Den where the kids can watch TV or play games on PS2 or PS3 consoles.

Serengeti have endeavoured to create a menu that will appeal to both the meat lover and the vegetarian diner. All sauces are made fresh on the premises, from the legendary “Monkey Gland” sauce to the Peri Peri sauce. With our famous Serengeti pork spare ribs you'll be licking your fingers into desert!

For a true slice of African cuisine, try the hot homemade Malva dessert with ice cream or the ever famous Peppermint Crisp tart, you will not be disappointed!

Wander over to the Lion's Den and you'll find that Serengeti Restaurant is proud to stock the following beers: Carling Black Label, Castle, Hansa, and Windhoek. We also serve Savannah cider, Hunters Gold or Dry cider, Klipdrift and Richelieu brandy and Mainstay cane. Why not be daring and try a shot of Mampoer or enjoy a tasty Springbokkie!

The red and white wine menu also comprises of a good selection of both New Zealand and South African wines. To finish off the evening, why not have a traditional Kahlua Dom Pedro or genuine Irish coffee with thick cream, complete with our Serengeti shield branded on top!
