Salton Taekwon-Do Levin

At Salton Taekwon-Do will get you fit and active with varied workouts using patterns (Tul), pad work and sparring to enhance your fitness levels and skill. We teach self defence, sparring, kicking, punching, striking, blocking and take-downs. The ITF style is very self defence based and we teach effective techniques for the modern day but still respect the traditional methods of training and discipline.

Taekwon-Do is a very fast paced and exciting Martial Art that use your feet, knees (Tae), hands and elbows (kwon) in a unique way of life (Do). There is Plenty of pad work, conditioning and sparring and each class will leave you feeling strong, confident and powerful. Gradings take place several times a year. The cost of are kept very fair with no hidden charges and include all certificates. Before reaching Black belt you will have completed an instructors training program and participated in events to gain credits (10 needed).
