Our goal was to open an office to offer the best service to our clients and customers. My business partner Winnie Leung originally from Hong Kong made that dream come true sharing the same goals and beliefs.

China, has been a exciting place to venture, with one recent trip to Shanghai and Hong Kong building a data base of customers to further develop our company, Forrest Hill Realty Ltd.

Open plan, natural light and ample of parking were our main objectives when looking for our location, 256 Forrest Hill road next to Gull service station and Dominos pizza and bottle shop on the other side of us and a park across the road ideal for a break.

Kiwi and Chinese business owners are the best combination for our clients, we can offer so much more plus the support of a multicultural team. Winnie has built a very loyal customer base of Chinese Clients and Kiwi clients just love her. Winnie is an Elite salesperson which means she is one of the top agents in New Zealand.

We offer 100% support to team members and are always on the lookout for salespersons that share the same sort of dream that we have, to be the best but have fun while we are doing it.

We have been extremely lucky from our start with incredible support from our CEO Carey Smith in New Zealand along with his management team.
