Pūtahi Festival

HERE. NEW WORK. INDIGENOUS. IN STAGES.
Celebrating it’s 4th year presenting new work in Wellington, Pūtahi Festival 2016 returns to Studio 77 at 77 Fairlie Terrace, Kelburn.

A creative partnership between the Theatre Programme, Victoria University, Wellington and the city’s professional Māori theatre collective
Te Pūtahitanga-a-te-rehia.

In 2017, the festival is presented by Tawata Productions and curated by Moana Ete

The festival presents artists and their work-in-development, in stages, in showings and in conversation. Featuring new theatre work by Jacob Dombrovski, dance from Te Hau Winitana and Mapihi Kelland and music from new Wellington band Grum Purdon.
