Hi, I’m Karen from PrettyKittyz. We are a family based Ragdoll home. Our cats roam freely in our house, the only time they have seen the inside of a cage is to safely transport them. They are used to being handled and are accustom to all the usual household noises, vacuum cleaners, dish washers, washing machines etc. They are well socialised, with 5 children and a dog living with them, it really is inevitable.

I do have waiting list from time to time and will place potential adopters on it after a phone interview. When I have kittens I will post kitten pictures and contact those on my call back list. Those that contact me and choose a kitten from my pictures or come and pick out a kitten in person and put down a $150 non-refundable deposit will have their pick according to when they choose and place their deposit. However, out of respect for myself and other customers kittens must be chosen within 5 days of contact or you will lose your place in choosing and may end up having to wait for the next litter(s).

If you have placed the non-refundable deposit on one of my kittens I need to hear from you at least 2 weeks prior to you picking up your kitten in addition to a reliable way to contact you should the need arise. If I have not heard from you 2 weeks prior to picking up your kitten. I will try to contact you, if I have not heard back from you after 72 hours your kitten will be placed up for re-adoption/resale and you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.

Kittens must be paid for in full prior to collection. If you are paying online they must be paid for three bank days prior to collection or alternately you can bring the money and pay on collection. I am happy for you to do time payments between selection and collection. Kittens must be collected by 9 weeks or a boarding and care fee will be charged on a daily basis for a week, then the kitten will be put back up for re-adoption/sale and you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit.

Individual kitten pictures will be posted to my facebook site and will be listed as follows:
AVAILABLE - kitten is available to adopt.
RESERVED - deposit has been received and kitten chosen.
ON HOLD - waiting 5 days to receive deposit.
EVALUATING - I reserve the right to hold back a kitten from my cattery for breeding. Please note that I never do any inbreeding.
SOLD - kitten has been paid in full.
I reserve the right to cancel the adoption and this is at my discretion if I feel that it is in the best interest of the kitten(s). In this event only I will refund the deposit.
