I'm a builder that decided I'd like to be a little more creative and build little buildings that could last generations.I try to use only quality materials so they are proper little buildings that will last,for example most I build will have colour steel corrugated iron as the cladding and proper flashings on corners etc these will never need painted and are maintenance free.For the inside linings I use plywood because it's tough and helps brace the building when moved and makes for a very tough building .I only use pine trims and architraves etc...I will not use MDF ....As long as they are within the 10 square meters I can be very flexible with my designs,positioning of windows etc.There are many options with flooring ,painting ,colour of cladding ,electrics etc...I will always include a newspaper of the day tucked away behind the wall linings.....just my thing to give someone that might discover it one day many many years from now :)....The sleep outs are really well insulated in the walls,ceiling and under the floor.The doors and windows are double glazed so the hut is toasty warm.Anyone wanting something special there is an option of doing one with wooden joinery exposed trusses etc.Please feel free to call me with any enquiries or prices once discussed 0223080337 thanks Phil :)
