Integral Massage was established in NZ in 2008, and now trade as Integral Massage Therapy & Wellness to incorporate a new approach to Wellbeing. We are passionate about helping clients restore their health towards healing, be it mental, emotional or physical. NZ Qualified Therapists with hands on experience in Pregnancy, Nuturition, Pre/Post Sports, Orthobionomy, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage, Meditation and Energy work. We specialise in Nurturing, Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, incorporating a variety of techniques depending on whether you need a Treat or a Treatment.

Sessions are available for:

Relaxation Massage, incorporating a variety of massage techniques to relax the body and gain some quiet, mindful peace.

Deep Tissue for muscle tension, assisting with muscular dysfunction, aches, and pains. Great for headaches, shoulder tension, lower back/hip pain, neck and jaw problems.

Soulspace Massage for those who wish to work on a deep healing level with their body, mind and true soul. Incorporating Energy work, Breathing techniques, we set your intention in your session prior to the massage. Nurturing, a gift to yourself, time for you, and a wonderful addition to your life if you are seeking to connect deeply within.

Hot Stone Massage to centre and ground yourself with the elements of warmth & water. Deeply nourishing, like no other you’ll experience.
