Mel is often described as having a great sense of humour, a natural with people, and has the ability to create a relaxed and comfortable environment which to do business. Since joining the real estate profession, Mel has successfully used her sales experience to advise clients on the most effective way to market their properties. Her clients often say her communication with them throughout the process is her strong point.

Mel currently resides in Plimmerton with her husband and 4 children. A client once said that because of being a mum, this was extremely helpful when having Mel sell their property as it meant Mel was understanding and empathetic in such a stressful time and she gives her clients the ability to feel in control of the entire process.

Mel has an extensive sales background and has been working in sales for over 10 years. Previously as a Sales Manager with a team of 15. Mel has won numerous awards in Sales for her achievements one of which in her last role included being the top new sales team in NZ.
