Along with group courses we have two types of One to One Personal Training Packages Available:
The MAC Athletic Performance Package & The MAC Attack Package
The MAC Athletic Performance Package: For the Runner - One to one sessions will involve a mix of body resistance work, core work and plyometric work. Along with this, we will access running and breathing technique to enhance performance.
The MAC Attack Package: For Fitness, Weight Loss & Toning - One to one sessions will involve a mix of resistance training, kettlebell work, body weight exercises, core work and a variety of cardio based exercises. Regular measurements and weigh in's will be recorded.
