No one is judging you by your dance abilities; Just have fun and feel the music!

Marsden Cove Zumba also offers Private Zumba Parties, perfect for businesses wanting a team building challenge or offering fitness to employees or to anyone just wanting to make that birthday or special occasion even more fun.

You definitely don't need to be a dancer to enjoy this workout. I break it down to the very basics so if you just want to do good old fashion aerobic style you can and if you want to add an extra wiggle of the his just go for it!
